RT – MINNEAPOLIS/CHICAGO = $10

Round Trip Ticket – Minneapolis to Chicago for as little as ten dollars.  Too good to be true?  Not if you’re traveling with Megabus.  Since 2006 Megabus has offered low-cost, express bus service in more than 100 North American Cities.  They run city center to city center for as low as a buck. They have luxury buses with free wi-fi and all-seat plug-ins and all reports that I’ve heard from riders say it is a great way to travel.   The price is certainly right.

The only catch is that you had better not miss your bus!   You buy your ticket online for a specific date and time.  If you miss your bus you have lost that money.  So catching the next bus will cost you whatever the price is for that bus run.  As an example you bought your ticket for a Minneapolis departure at 6 AM and that outward bound bus costs you $5.00, miss that bus and leave on the 2 pm bus and it will cost you $10 but wait until 6 PM and you will only have to pay one dollar.  These prices are located on the online schedule for  October 10th with a return date of October 14th.

I think Chicago is calling to me!  I hear Christmas Bells!
