Christmas came and went with my husband and I quarantined to the house with the flu.  Before that we did find a Norman Rockwell Christmas Celebration in Northfield, MN, but more about that later.  We also went to the House on the Rock in Dodgeville, WI.  At Christmas time over 6,000 Santas are on display… more about that later too.

First I want to share with you the first leg of our first experience Snowbirding.  I have discovered that it is not for the faint of heart, and a tremendous amount of planning goes into it the first time.  Probably the second time also, but we’ll discuss that next year.

So before I get started on our travels I want to wish all of you a wonderful New Year and may it be filled with more happiness than your heart can hold.
